Building a pipeline and the realities of DEI partnerships

NAREIM DEI Summit

November 10, 2021

During the NAREIM DEI Summit, members discussed the realities of recruiting diverse talent and the challenges of building pipelines organically, as well as using diversity-focused partners.

As the tight labor market makes recruitment even harder, members shared ideas on what was working, and not working within their organizations, and discussed - in manager-only sessions - the DEI policies and strategies that were showing results.

Please see below for the presentations from the meeting.
