Participants will gain practical insights into the reporting process, focusing on key tasks and best practices to ensure transparency and impact.

This session will cover the journey of launching a real estate debt platform, how lenders are evaluating climate risk, the future of emissions tracking and regulatory reporting for lenders and navigating common headaches when working with lenders, including accessing green financing.

The audience will also hear the latest developments on quantifying transition risk in valuations per latest research and tools from ULI’s C Change program in Europe.
